It's A Fire Breather!
This old time circus wagon has been up-dated with latest custom goodies by Tom Daniel. The Cobra mill has finned rocker covers, rectangular exhaust and tall calliope ram tubes. Mag wheels have wide ovals up front and really wide slicks in the rear. Driver's seat has tufted upholstery and circus-hoop windshield. Watch out! That ferocious-looking dragon has bent the bars of his ornate cage. *Source: Back of card
