*It's 1794: Morpheus engages Lady Johanna Constantine to spirit the living head of his son Orpheus out of revolutionary France. Securing it, she is arrested and sentenced to the guillotine. She will be spared worse tortures if she surrenders the head considered a counterrevolutionary object of superstition. In a dream, she discovers the power of Orpheus' song. Awakening, she leads her captors to Orpheus' hiding place, the revolution's stockpile of severed heads. Orpheus' song stirs the heads into a chorus; having heard it, her captors lose their power to persuade, dooming the revolution. Lady Johanna returns Orpheus to Greece. *Source: Back of card
