Cover Art of Sandman (1989) #3.
*Seeking his pouch of sand, Dream appears to John Constantine, a London mystic who is tormented by recurring nightmares. They trace the pouch to Rachel, Constantine's former lover, an addict who absconded with many of his possessions. When they find her, she lies withering in what should be her deathbed, the sleeping sand sustaining her in a haze of decay and projecting vivid dreams to repel intruders. Morpheus reclaims his pouch and, at Constantine's urging, grants Rachel a peaceful death. Dream awards Constantine one final boon: an end to his recurring nightmares. *Source: Back of card
