*The constellation class vessels were built primarily for exploration purposes. Most conspicuous about the design of this craft is the four warp nacelles located behind the saucer section. The U.S.S. Stargazer under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard was one such vessel. While a useful vessel in its time, there are few Constellation class vessels still on assigned duty. *Source: Back of card
