While attempting to negotiate the release of his friends from Jabba the Hutt, Luke is also taken prisoner by the vile gangster. After Luke destroys Jabba's pet Rancor, outrage runs rampant. Luke, Han and Chewbacca find themselves traveling across the Dune Sea toward the Pit of Carkoon, and toward imminent doom.
