Bib Fortuna, Jabba the Hutts's major-domo and right-hand man, is a human-like alien with two head tails that can be waved in obeisance whenever it's necessary to placate the boss. Fortuna was designed by stop-motion animation ace Phil Tippett and drawn here (front) by Nilo Rodis-Jamero. It is Bib, a Twi'lek by race and spice smuggler by vocation, who first greets C-3PO and R2-D@ and utters those memorable words: "Nee Jabba no badda." *Source: Back of card
