Rai is the latest in a noble line of guardian spirits of Japan. In 4001, due to the events of Magnus #5 - #8, Japan has become an artificial moon of earth. Along with his infant son, Rai has been exiled to earth. Now Rai has joined the UNITY heroes in the Lost Land.
