*In Sandman Mystery Theatre, I'm trying to deconstruct the problems with, while maintaining the dramatic themes of, the early pulp fiction of the 1930's. Crime dramas are really about human relationships, although usually their mad, painful breakdowns. Thus, I feel Wesley and Dian's continuing romance is a real keystroke to the series as a whole.
