*Late 1968. I receive a long distance phone call from Jim Warren, the publisher of Famous Monsters of Filmland. "I am considering starting a comic book about a mod witch. What would you call her?" Off the top of my head I suggest "Miss Terry"-for Mystery. Not bad, but no cigar. Doesn't disturb me because I don't smoke anyway..."
