*"I definitely wanted my Vampirella to be womanly and full-figured," explains illustrator Julie Bell, whose beautiful paintings for cards and comics have dazzled fans in recent years. "The model that my husband (Boris Vallejo) used for his Vampirella painting (#89) was one of my sisters, and the one that I used was my other sister. Their body types are entirely different, however." As for the setting of her illustration: "I love the woods, I love the woods at night. I love feeling the wind in the woods. So I've got her out there, as close to naked as you can get, enjoying all the elements. Even the Peeping Tom goblins are adding to her pleasure." *Source: Back of card
