*As the former head of International Operations, John Lynch made it his job to investigate the WildC.A.T.s when they first burst onto the scene. Although one of their earliest battles pitted tham against a possessed vice-president of the United States, Lynch determined that the WildC.A.T.s were working in the interests of humanity and allowed them to continue unhindered.
