*Battlestone, the super soldier whom Project:Born Again brought back from the dead, was the leader of the U.S. Government-sponsored Youngblood away team. An argument between himself and fellow team member Gamble led to a battle, and Gamble was accidently killed. Though not imprisoned due to his highly-decorated past, John Stone was court-martialed and stripped of his rank by the goverment. Now leading the team of outlaw heroes known as Brigade, Battlestone is again under government surveillance, and he and the other Brigade members have been targeted for termination. *Source: Card Back
