The seven-year old sister of the X-Man named Colossus, Magik was kidnapped and aged by the dark sorcerer Belasco and became his apprentice. Augmenting her mutant ability to teleport through time and space with mighty mystical powers, Belasco made Magik powerful enough to defeat him-and she did! Magik eventually sacrificed her powers to save her fellow New Mutants, and was made seven years of age once again.
