About Swamp Thing
This Kenner toy line featured characters and situations based off of the DC Comics SWAMP THING property and shown in the animated DC cartoon series of the same name.
When Anton Arcane and his minions try to steal Alec Holland's growth formula, Holland's laboratory is destroyed. Bathed in his own growth formula and mixing with the swamp, Holland becomes Swamp Thing, a muck-encrusted mockery of a man, who stops Arcane and his evil Un-Men's plans at every turn.
With his friends Bayou Jack and Tomahawk, Swamp Thing protects the Earth and the environment (which was a common theme in toy lines of the same era).
