About Valor (1998)
Gemstone, with Russ Cochran as publisher, held the rights to the EC published works, and published reprints of the various EC titles. The series Valor reprinted the original EC series faithfully, issue per issue, inclusive of covers, varying only in the editorial content and letters pages. Russ Cochran would later take the EC rights and go out on as his own as RCP, Russ Cochran Publishing.
