Every time I remove a title from my inventory and do an update, the software gets stuck on the following:

Cleaning Database
Inactivating Issues
7 of 12

It gets stuck on this message and never resolves. I have to force shut the software. I am hoping I can get it back.
Whatever happened with the cloud based software we were promised?

They have been working on the cloud based solution for a while and I am hoping that it will be here soon.

Just remove one title at a time, and see if that resolves the issue. If not, then you may have to restore to a back up (where it was not happening) and try removing one title at a time from that point.
