Last two orders my customers placed didn't process through Paypal

What's going on? My customer's are saying Paypal payments made on the site aren't going through.

You mean it's hung up ala PayPal Pending? Or something else?

That's been an issue for years. If they have the software open and are placing the order thru the web browser it provides it seems to be the most common cause. I have to remind myself to come in from outside the software to shop to stop it from happening.

This is one reason why the forums are dead. OP posts a question, then disappears when people take the time to comment and ask questions about the issue in order to help.

Seems pretty obvious, what more do you need to know? Payments aren't going through. Payment pending. Customers are reporting that they click to submit payment, and then nothing happens. No error. No confirmation the payment was received. Just nothing,

I don't expect users to fix this. SIte owners need to find and resolve the problem. They can message me if they need transaction details.

I also get no notification that anything happened at all, so unless I check daily, I don't know these orders fail. Sometimes a week goes by before I know (unless the buyer sends me a message sooner). Buyers just think that is normal, or wait to see if something shows up in Paypal later.

Paypal shows no attempt at any kind of payment going through.

Issue is still occurring. Currently, only 25% of my orders have had successful payment. 75% payment pending.

If CCL ownership is so hands off now, that they don't even care if orders go through... pull the plug! Otherwise, find the problem and fix it. Or don't charge $15 a month if it has gotten to the point nothing can be improved!

And just FYI, this last order that I just found today (was placed on 3/26), the buyer didn't want to provide me their e-mail to manually process an invoice request, and just wanted to cancel.

SO money down the toilet for me and CCL.

They should update the software to remove the browser tab then. Makes no sense for me to drive customers here through E-Bay sales, only for them to be given software that you can't really order through, and causes payments to fail.

I don't think that is the cause in my case, but if it is a known issue, fix it or remove from being the source of frustration for new users and sellers.
