Is it breaking the Embargo Pops rules to say which NFL team with a really stupid name doesn't have any Pop figures coming out again?

Embargo Pops are basically Funko items we order up to a year ahead of time with no pictures, no description and the threat of imprisonment/castration or something like that if we talk about them prior to them being offered for preorder by the big sellers or such.

I also learned MAP pricing actually means we can't advertise it outside the store for less than MSRP until Funko says it's okay or they send Mario to whack us or something like that.
