Maybe I'm not using the site right, but I can't seem to find some of these books.

I need Deadpool V4:
#2
#3
#5
#6
#7

Any sellers out there have all of these?

There isn't a Vol 4 of Deadpool but if you're referring to the current series you can find it by looking up Deadpool (vol 3) in the search box to your top left.

At first glance it looks like a few sellers have what you're looking for sans 5 and 6. The popularity of the character appears to have driven up the price on the book a bit too.

Yeah, just searched. Seems a bit too pricey for me. Not whining, price is what it is.

I just wanna fill in my Deadpool volume. Had no idea the character was so popular!

I have issue 1, which most people are selling for like $15. So that's cool I guess. Laughing

From what I understand issues 5 & 6 are the hardest to find, I can't tell you how many people on another forum have asked for sites that would have them.

I have the entire run of Vol 3, exception being issue 3.

I hate to tell someone to go to another website other than CCL so I'M SORRY upfront and don't yell at me to much but you might check out www.atomicavenue.com
I have 2 full runs of DP -1 through 69 and bought most of them through that website.

I've tried to buy stuff through that site but none of the sellers ever reponded to me. Made me a bit afraid to buy anything from there...

I've bought from them quite a bit over the last 2 years or so and have never had a problem with the books but there are a couple of sellers who don't respond. If you have any questions about them, you can email me first and I'll let you know if I have worked with them before.

Think DP wasn't quite so popular then, and it might have been easier to pick up the back issues.. it's now pretty hard to find them for a reasonable price Sad

It used to be that you could find issues 1-69 pretty easily for around $2-$5 each except #'s 42, 54, 55, and 65-69 but now all of the issues are hard to find for a good price. It took me quite a while to get the whole run. I got lucky last week and bid on #55 on ebay and won it for $26.00. There was no description so I emailed the seller before I bid and he said he graded it at Fine. When I got it, it is easily VF or even NM. So now I have an extra copy to hang on to.

26 bucks is lucky?!?! I remember seeing it in dollar bins before this new DP craze... just hoping it dies down so I can fill up the holes in my collection... comics in the last couple years or so with the variants, super heated price on "hot" books, etc reminds me a lot of the mid 90's boom period...

It's a lot like the 90s boom period except the only thing worth anything today is Deadpool, ha ha.

Give it time, it will die down again. Deadpool, like many other characters, doesn't have "staying power" and prices will drop in the next year or two.

tb4020 - 26 bucks for a Deadpool book? Damnation! You didn't get lucky, you got ripped off. Just my 2 cents. Nerd

Lol, thats what my wife said. I'm always watching ebay for certain items and this is one of them. The median price for a NM DP#55 has been $35-$50 so I will come out ahead in the deal. I just don't know how long I will hang on to it for. I have a couple full runs of DP -1 - 69 and have seen them go for anywhere from $450 to $800 for the full run. I'll probable put one set up on ebay when the DP movie comes out.

And the final statement would that we all have our fav characters and DP happens to be mine by far so I would be willing to pay more for him than other characters.

Hey, put 1 set up with a crazy BIN price of like 799 or something, see if it moves :D

I'd try to cash in some right now, not sure if DP has staying power like Hedge mentioned. I like the character too, but with all the spin offs and stuff, Marvel's gonna eventually take DP in some direction that will alienate some fans, like what they did with bone claw wolverine and happy Raw Hide Kid...

Still, I'm really curious how long the market can bear the 3.99 cover price with the gazillion variants before it all implodes again Sigh mind, when it implodes is when you can get awesome bargains!

As long as your wife still lets you sleep in the bed with her...Party

I was gonna suggest you try to move them right before the movie comes out - before the critics post their reviews Winking but I see you're already on that ball! Comic collecting these days is hit or miss - unfortunately, I've struck out more times that I'd care to admit. Sick
