The Absorbing Man asks Thor to help him with his girlfriend, Titania. Titania is having trouble going straight. Creel wants Thor to scare her, thinking if she almost gets captured, hopefully it will scare her straight. However, later that night, Spider-Man sees Thor talking with the Absorbing Man, and believes Thor is working with him and Titania.

In Asgard while investigating a disturbance, Hogun and Volstagg are attacked by Uroc the Invincible.
Elsewhere Balder and Sif are transported to New Wundagore, where they are confronted by the New Immortals.
