While Grail, Jester, and Mother-One are on a mission to overthrow a Middle Eastern ruler, they are arrested by a StormWatch unit led by Winter. Pilgrim and Dane, who have been enjoying some down time in Baja, are called in by I.O. where they find that their teammates have gone missing.
When Jackson King, the current StormWatch Weatherman, refuses to release his captives, Dane starts taking down StormWatch members one-by-one.
