While vacationing in Grenada, Snake-Eyes and Scarlet vanish in a mine field explosion when a blind man asks for help though a grassy field.
Flint reports the situation back to the Joes, where Storm Shadow knows the identity of the blind man.
Billy is taken to the military language facility where the lower level is being used by GI Joe. There Hawk asks him about Cobra Commander but he does not give any information. The only info he shares is with Storm Shadow and Rip Cord about the Soft Master and Candy Appel.
Stalker, Snow Job and Quick Kick are still being beaten and put to work in the Borovian Gulag.
