"Divergent Paths"
Billy's memory slowly returns and he is outfitted with a new leg thanks to Fred VII. He stumbles across another branch of the Arashikage where he meets the Blind Master and Jinx who was sent there to find Billy.
The Joes are attacked en route to a rendezvous by Cobra Commander testing out the new Pogo, and by a demonstration of Raptor's tracking skills, both with falcons and with computerized banking.
