The U.S. government dictates that the Avengers' membership needs to be trimmed down to a maximum of seven serving heroes.
A new team roster is created which includes Iron Man, Vision, Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Beast, Wasp and the Falcon. Some of the stalwarts aren't quite so happy with the selections.
