Conan the Barbarian (1970) 8-A

"The Keepers of the Crypt"

Conan has fled Nemedia after the fiasco with the God in the Bowl, but neighboring Corinthia has border patrols out for him. He sets an ambush for them and, thinking them all dead, heads on. He finds an abandoned city with a dragon terrorizing its streets. He kills it then looks about for loot, and finds that not all of the border patrol were dead. One Gunderman survived, and Conan convinces him that teamwork is needed to properly seek the city's wealth. They find the treasury, and prepare to split the goods, when the true guardians come forth. A good fight and flight later, and Conan reunites with Jenna, his belt full of gold, but not for long.
