"The Crimson Dynamo Strikes Again!" featuring Iron Man by Lee/Rico and Heck; 13 pages.

Professor Vanko, aka the Crimson Dynamo works at Stark Industries trying to perfect laser beam weaponry, which stirs the ire of Nikita Khruschev. He sends for his top spies, Natasha Romanov the Black Widow and strongman Boris Turgenov. While the Widow seduces Tony Stark, Boris captures Vanko and takes the Dynamo suit for his own. Treachery ensues and in the end, Vanko sacrifices himself to stop the new Crimson Dynamo.

1st appearance of Black Widow.

The Watcher tells a tale of mankind's future 300 years hence when business is cut-throat and people are materialistic. One idealist finds true love and is labeled a failure by his peers. When he is abducted by aliens, everyone thinks that it was loser's luck, but the truth is that he is the luckiest man alive.
