Once the they are free, the Fatal Five rush to Earth, leaving the Legion with the brainwashed Talok citizens. Discovering the machine that is controlling the citizens of Talok the Legion destroy it, and along with Shadow Lass return to Earth to take on the Fatal Five. Shadow Lass is a great help to the Legion in defeating the Fatal Five. The Fatal Five however escape. Later Shadow Lass is inducted as the newest member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
