Superboy in "The Journey of the Second Superboy"
The natives of Titan send Kral, a super-powered boy, to Earth to scope out it's prospects as another world for conquest. However, he is shown such kindness by Superboy and the Kent's that he changes his mind, and agrees to tell the Titanians that all Earthmen are as powerful as Kryptonians.
