Superman returns to the 20th Century and the Legion of Super-Villains begin taking out the Legion of Super-Heroes members one by one. The Legion is saved by a couple of unlikely allies, Lex Luthor and the 30th Century Mr. Mxyzptlk.

Tales of the Legion of Super-Heroes in "The Six-Legged Legionnaire!"
Lana Lang as the Insect Queen, accompanies Superboy into the future to apply for membership in the Legion. After being rejected for the team, she does participate in a mission in which she saves several Legion members. She is then elected as a Legion reserve member.
