"Beware the Wrath of Anu!"
Conan and Jenna come to a Corinthian city and help a pair of thieves elude the city guard. One of the pair turns out to be Burgun, the Gunderman who helped Conan plunder the dragon city. The thieves' fence is a priest of the Temple of Anu, and the temple provides the thieves sanctuary.
Conan and his friend enjoy success in plundering the town until they set their sights too high, and attempt to rob the home of the Red Priest. Soon, the pressure to catch the thieves is too great, and they are betrayed by their fence.
Conan's friend is caught and hanged, and Conan seeks revenge, but must face the supernatural occupants of the temple.

Percy rides from Camelot to enjoy a canter in the woods when he is taken by bandits. They fashion themselves like Robin Hood's men, and Percy discovers that a local sheriff has taken to taxing these people unfairly. The Black Knight sides with the bandits and rights the matter.
