This second printing was 1 of 15 reprints of vintage Marvel comics that was available from the 1994 JC Penney Christmas Catalog. The set was sold for $14.99. This edition was identical to the original, except that the advertisements were replaced with modern products. It is easily identifiable by the Stridex ad on the back cover.

The story portion of this particular issue is actually a reprint of Marvel's Greatest Comics #49, which can be seen from the editor's references.
