The Ranks of MI-16 are being decimated by assassinations. The man behind it has already "taken" Shang-Chi out of the picture. As Shang-Chi forces himself to chase the "assassin" Shock Wave, two agents with valuable information speed to the same safe house. During all of this an attempt on Black Jack Tarr's life is made.
