So it looks like X-Force has a new villain to deal with, Eli Bard. This issue was the entire back story of Eli Bard but I am still a little uncertain of who he is. It appears that he is a vampire but Yost never comes right out and says it.
It is way too early to tell if this new storyline is going to be any good. This issue was entirely designed as a set-up issue.
