That's sad. I think I'll raise a glass to him.
I loved his art. I'm sure he would have drawn a sultry Squirrel Girl. I still have a bunch of comics he either drew or did the covers for. He couldn't have been very old. RIP

Just kidding.
You had me there for a second!
I stand by my recommendation for a Squirrel Girl series.

I second that.
I would also like to see Ghost Rider and Blade get another shot at a book. This time though maybe Marvel could actually put some talent on the books so people would buy them.
Some other Marvel titles I would like to see is a Dracula title, Monster Of Frankenstein, and Werewolf By Night.
Other characters I would like to see a return of in a solo book
Union (Image), Pitt (Image)
While these arent solo characters I would love for Image to bring back Arcanum and Soul Saga.Especially since Soul Saga never finished.

a new tomb of Dracula series, not a mini but an ongoing with all the monsters from marvel in there too, from the zombies to the living mummy...

Not my cup of tea. But I could easily see Keith Giffen making a success out of a Plastic Man series.

I always liked Plastic Man in JLA. He was Batman's mole, lived for 3000 years as pieces of plastic, and went toe to toe against Martian Manhunter. Course my cup of tea isn't too much comedy in a book.

Thinking of a few..
Warpath-liked him in the Uncanny X-men later issues just before X-force and then also him in X-force.
Fantomex-for some reason I just like him.
Taskmaster-the mini run was ok but I would like a long series.

I would like to see Marvel do something with Miracleman/Marvelman already. They bought the rights to this character a couple of years ago and made a big deal about it and then... nothing.
C'mon Marvel, make it happen already!
It's not likely that Marvel actually owns the Moore/Gaiman Miracleman stuff.
They got the rights to Mick Anglo's Marvelman for reprint and the name Miracleman in 2009. But that's three years before the Gaiman/McFarlane lawsuit may have cleared up the ownership of 80s/90s Miracleman material (if either of them even owns it).
There's speculation that Gaiman bringing Angela to the Marvel Universe is somehow groundwork for Miracleman's return, but I doubt it. And is anyone really looking for his return? I mean, we pretty much had Marvel's version of Miracleman with Sentry. I just want the original stuff collected, but I'm seriously doubting it will ever happen.
