This is the thread where you can shine the spotlight on really crappy and lesser known characters that you love, for some reason or another.

These characters should generally be ones who are usually overlooked by the masses cause they aren't all that cool (says them.. pffft!).

By now, most people should know that I am a big fan of both Sleepwalker and Deathlok.

I only managed to get a few of their issues way back in their hay day, but thanks to CCL, I almost have their complete respective runs (I'm missing 5 Sleewalker issues and 2 Deathlok (Vol.2) issues.)

And lastly, he wasn't exactly a Z-List character (he did have a nice 75 issue run)... X-Man, Nate Grey. One of my all-time favorite Mutants.

Would you say Metamorpho is a Z list character?
I wouldnt. He was in the Justice League TV show, he just had his own year one mini series and he's been a big part of Batman & The Outsiders recently.

But yeah, Metamorpho does rock Happy

Sleepwalker is cool.

Cloak and Dagger
Though they are more d list characters, they did have their own mini as well as 2 series on their own and shared a title with Doctor Strange.

Jake Gallows, Punisher 2099: Sure he had his own series, but he's only appeared in a grand total of 51 issues and was never seen again.

Lynn Michaels, the Lady Punisher: A b-list Punisher character from the 90s. She never had her own series, but she did take over the later issues of the War Journal series as Frank Castle's official replacement, but this only lasted from 75-79. She made appearances in the later issues of War Journal Vol. 2, as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent under a secret identity. Grand total of appearances: 38.

Sleepwalker had a few appearances in Ms. Marvel not too long ago. He was written pretty well and seemed like a cool character. Him along with Machine Man made a pretty quirky team. I'll say Machine Man for my pick.

That depends on who draws her.
Here's she can't be more than a b-list character.

Although I am really not sure he counts as "Z-list" but Blue Devil is the one that comes to mind, I am aware that he is probably a B to C list character but in the same notion if you ask someone to name off DC characters, I bet it takes quite a while to get to the Devil.

How about B'wana Beast and Brother Power, the Geek. You can't get more z-list than that.

When I think of Z-list characters, I think "Mort of the Month." D-Man comes to mind, as does Angar the Screamer.
Check out my reviews at the UNCANNY X-PILES!
