Personally, I would have to go with Kingpin. I can't think of too many other villains who cause trouble for more than one hero, on a regular basis. Please help me, if I am wrong.

I'd say Galactus but he's not really a villain.

I think it's harder to pick a favorite villain than it is a favorite hero.

Would definatly be one of the cosmic baddies though.

Morg was pretty interesting when he was around. The fallen one was a nice concept wish they excuted him a bit better. I would say Dr. Doom has always been my favorite though

Currently, it's Barracuda, because I love to hate him. I can't wait for Punisher MAX #50, Barracuda's going to teach Frank Castle the art of the Coup d'Gras!!!

Honorable mentions...

Kingpin = seems like everybody hates him: DD, Spidey, The Punisher, Cloak & Dagger....
Bullseye = he makes the darkside fun.
Magneto = great, original terrorist angle.
