For me it's my Civil War #1 Turner variant.
The art, the coloring, the lighting, everything is just amazing on this cover. And it kinda foreshadows Captain's America's death with the bloody shield

Wow. Thats kinda tough to decide. Can I pick one from each decade from the 70's-now? I'll have to get back to ya on this one. So many choices.

Dr. Fate, I actually picked up Uncanny X-Men #207 at a garage sale today for a buck. I remembered that cover from your post and snatched it up right away. Great cover.

Wow.., where do I begin with this one? A lot of the comics that most everyone here has posted are some of my favorites too so I thought I would post some from a while ago. At a very young age, my parents actully allowed me to get a subscription to Heavy Metal Magazine because they actually thought it was all artwork by various artists. Even once it showed up, my dad flipped through it and figured "give it to him...." They figured I was mature enough with all the other "Adult Artwork" that I was seeing that Heavy Metal wasn't going to be that much of a differance. Anyways as I was flipping through some of the various covers that I have saved in my files, I realized that I wouldn't be able to post them here LOL.....
So, here are a few of the Comics that I read and had and wish I still had today.
This is my first comic book ever....I still have the cover but not the comic LOL.....I couldn't scan the actual cover though....mine is some what torn and jagged and I really don't know how I ever kept it for so long:
These are once again files of covers of books that I used to have a long time ago and the earliest comics that I ever read:
And these are some that I've come across and just wish I had:

For me its this one:
It just really drew me in when I was looking through the back-issue bins. It looks great for the 70s. And the thought of Superman angry and having nothing to lose anyways, was definetly an interesting idea.
And I just think this one looks really cool:

Oh....just some nobody named Neal Adams. This issue is seriously one of the greatest treasures in my collection. I remember seeing once when I was really young and just thinking it looked so cool. And I just got it a few months ago for just a $1. Not in the greatest condition, but not bad either.
