Second Print
Second Printing
2nd Print
2nd Printing

I think about this stuff.

I think that, ideally, it would be Joe Schmoe Cover (2nd Printing) but really, it's whatever fits.

Quite right. The only time it should be abbreviated is if there’s not enough space to fit into the standard allocated caption field.
