How long does it take for a comic to be approved once it is put in? I have submitted a couple and was just curious. Thanks.

Start a conversation in the "Change Request Discussion" subforum. Also, go back to your original Change Request submission and check what the notes/comments are. Sometimes users submit and think nothing else needs to be done. Finally, if you're still having trouble, contact one of the approvers directly via PM.
