Nemesis Redefines the Word "Villain"!!!

This issue of Nemesis was certainly worth the wait of a Bi-monthly schedule. Mark Millar has truly captured what it means to be an "evil genius". Comic book fans who have not been reading Nemesis are missing out on an incredible story. The relationship between the Detective and Nemesis has the classic feel of Batman versus The Joker. However, the villain is much more intelligent, much more skilled as a fighter, and much more twisted! He has proved to be extremely calculating and managed to stay 10 steps ahead at all times.

McNiven's art has been working well with the story and truly showcases its violence and brutality, as well as the dramatic expressions of the characters. The depths to which Nemesis will go to make the Detective's life an unimaginable hell has been surpassed with each issue. It's hard to imagine that the fourth installment will top the ending of this book, but I cannot wait to see what Millar has in store for the finale. You absolutely must pick up this series!
