Phil Sheldon continues his journey of self discovery in this follow-up series to the classic, Marvels. Sheldon finds himself battling cancer while also battling to understand the "Marvels'" role in his world. Sheldon does his best to publicly stand up for our masked heroes but those heroes who walk that fine line between justice vigilantism (Punisher) are making it harder and harder for him to defend their role. Match that with his growing realization of the collateral damage these masked pugilists cause and this investigative reporter is downright torn.
This book is interesting. It is not ground breaking and I don't feel like anyone is missing anything by not buying it. But it is interesting.
