The action picks up where it let off in issue 39! Ms. Marvel (the fake one and you can not pay me enough to say she is the real one) is slugging it out with some unknown foe over those creepy little evil baby type things in jars that she stole from AIM.
AIM is rather ticked off that she took said jar babies (not sure what else to call them) so they hire Deadpool to get them back.
With the help of Norman and Venom Ms. Marvel is able to beat off her strange orange attacker. There are more questions than answers as this one goes along. Including the appearance of being resembling the orange one that attacked Ms. Marvel showing up in other places. One in particular find the New Avengers and leaves a rather interesting symbol on the floor (check the last page).
The War of the Marvels is coming.
