well, new villain to me anyway
I am new to the DC universe, being a marvel fan for the last 30 years but I remember reading Hawk & Dove and the Huntress back in the 80's - so put them on a team with 2 hot chicks - how bad could the book be!
and was not disappointed - that's how you start a new series with a new Villain that kicks the heroes butts!
