Not quite the conclusion of the story arc, but a good set up for the dénouement. Herc begins to doubet himself in the presence of all these gods (especially after losing Snowbird).
In the end; with the help of Amadeus Cho, Hercules realizes that he is more that worthy and with the help of a resurrected Snowbird kills the Skrull god (the He, that all of the Skrulls mention when they say "He loves you!")
The gods are all written well in that they are both overzealous and overconfident. Especially the Skrull god, who goes on and on about what the universe should look like.
I was a little confused at the end by the resurrection of Japanese god Mukaboshi. I think it must have something to do with him being a shapeshifter and believing that shapeshifters should inherit the universe a la Skrull, but I am not entirely sure. I'm sure it will be made clearer in the next issue.
