I didn't understand the purpose of this issue. It felt as though the whole story could have been wrapped up in 2 pages. So, I don't have a lot to say about the story itself. The Astonishing team learn of Doctor Crocodile's background and then on the very last page a squad of robots from a parallel universe show up....

I am really enjoying Kaare Andrew's art though. I love the way he fills a frame. It's as though he moves all of his subjects way up to the front of the frame. And his covers are a perfect blend of kitschy sexuality. Heck, I'd even hang the original copies of these covers in my living room!

There are still two more issues left in the series, so there is still plenty of time. And the first two issues were great. So, here’s hoping for a strong finish to Xenogenesis.

I miss the Original Astonishing X-Men title, it seems like every month i hear it's been cancelled. I hope not.

I'm still confused about what's going on with the main Astonishing X-Men title. Every 3 months or so one will be released, but this title is a mini series...
