The brutal taskmaster at a Brazilian coffee plantation has been poisoned by a witch doctor who is his captive. The witch doctor supplies the remedy in exchange for the promise of better treatment. The promise is given but soon rescinded. The next time the taskmaster is poisoned, the cure is not forthcoming. 5 pages.
"Mirror, Mirror, On the Wall!"

A man robs a pawnbroker, who tells him a mirror with black paint over it is the most valuable thing in the shop. The robber kills the shopkeeper, but is skeptical about the mirror. Later, he removes the paint to see that it is not a mirror, but a window to another world, and staring back at him is the shopkeeper, alive and seeking revenge. 4 pages.

The family of midgets were the featured show at the Carnival, and the Barker mistreats them horribly. When he beats one to death, one of the midgets with aspirations of becoming a surgeon gets an ironic revenge on the Barker. 6 pages.
