"Terrax the Untamed"
Terrax has come back to Earth, but not with his master, Galactus. He has come back to test the Fantastic Four to see if they are worthy to serve him in his plan. Terrax scoops up part of NYC and takes it into space where he makes his ultimatum to the FF, help him defeat Galactus or NYC will be exposed to space.
Terrax steals Manhattan, and everyone else with it.
