"Shall Earth Endure?"
Galactus arrives as the FF must stop him not only from devouring Earth but to save the people of NYC that Terrax now holds captive. Reed, Johnny, and Ben infiltrate Galactus's ship but Galactus is in no mood to talk since he is weak from the cosmic hunger and his power is draining. But he has enough power to take on Terrax as he strips his herald of the Power Cosmic and turns his attention to devouring Earth. Doctor Strange, Spider-Man and Thor join the battle as they ware down Galactus but before they can finish him off, Reed rushes in and convinces everyone that they should help save the life of Galactus.
