“Lo, the Leader Lives”
The Hulk is in the custody of General Ross and he has Glenn Talbot arguing to kill the monster, while his daughter Betty argues to free him. Before the outcome can be settled upon an unexpected visitor arrives, The Leader who is offering a solution to contain the Hulk permanently. Little does General Ross know the Leader wants the Hulk out of the way when he launches his plan to subjugate the world. The Leader invents a prison of living plastic, resilient and unbreakable. The Hulk is powerless. (18 pages)
