A mad scientist endeavors to create a monster to crush his rival, but, once he has created "It", the monster has a soul, and refuses to harm the rival. The scientist, fearing his plan will get out, rallies the villagers against the monster. In the riot, it is the scientist, not the monster, who meets his end. In a twist of fate, lightning strikes the monster, and tranfers his consciousness to his master's body. 13 pages.

Joe Krunk, carnival owner, needs a new attraction. Krunk is infamous for his crooked dealing, so he cons a man to play as a Martian in the sideshow. The twist is that the man really is a Martian, who was on Earth to capture a specimen for a zoo on his planet. 5 pages.
"Terror of the Pterodactyl!"
A pterodactyl skeleton is found while crews dig a tunnel from New York to New Jersey. It is taken to a museum, but an accident with moon rocks releases a gas that brings the creature to life. It menaces New York until it dashes itself against a mirrored sign...mistaking that it saw another of its species. 7 pages.
